I epoxied that break and it held fine. I was never going to put the new plastics on before the class this weekend, too risky

They typically have the heat shield junk at Checker and Autozone. It is a tape of sorts, but from what I hear, get some shorty staples and staple them on too or the heat will make them come right off the plastics.
